Career Development Programmes

These programmes are designed to develop technical skills of young job seekers and existing employees of the organization. A comprehensive training is provided to ensure a well trained workforce within Oman.

Programmes to generate employment for young job seekers are offered under National Projects Scheme of Ministry of Manpower, Sultanate of Oman. These Programmes can be funded by the government or corporate.

Programmes to upgrade the skills of existing employees are conducted as per the requirements of the company.

 

CDP Process

• Company to identify manpower required along-with trade category
• Requirement is given to SII
• SII to short list candidates
• Final selection done by companiesl
• Trainees considered as employees for Omanization percentage purpose
• Training concludes and company gets trained manpower
